Purchase Agreement
and
Puppy Contract
Your Labrador Retriever has been bred from temperamentally sound parents who have been OFA certified. Breezy Meadow Labrador puppies are for companion purposes only. We do not guarantee your puppy will be show quality or of reproductive soundness. When your puppy is ready to go to his/her "forever home", he/she has been examined by a veterinarian and has received its first set of puppy shots, 3 wormings and dewclaws removed.
This agreement is made between Deb & Gregg Ornduff (seller)

Guarantee:
Seller guarantees that the above described puppy is in good health and is free of hereditary defects to the best of her knowledge on the date of pick up. Upon pick up of the puppy, the buyer agrees to have the puppy examined within seventy two (72) hours by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy, in the opinion of the vet is suffering from any hereditary disease, (parasites are not included and are sometimes common and easily treated) the seller shall take possession of the puppy and replace it with another from the same litter (if pups are available) or a future litter. Buyer must recognize that intestinal parasites are not uncommon in puppies and very often develop during the puppy's early development. Buyer must also realize that the stress of going to a new home environment and travel can actually result in the appearance of intestinal parasites. No puppy will be sold in poor condition of any sort including hurt or injured, therefore, no puppy will be replaced for the reason of injury. Deb / Gregg Ornduff will not be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred after the purchase and sale date of this puppy and removal from the premises.
No other health guarantee is given except in the case of a hereditary defect which develops to the extent that it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet within one year of the date of this sale. In this instance, no refund will be given but a replacement will be given as soon as one is available. if the dog has been bred or is over the age of 12 months, this portion of the agreement is voided. The replacement will be of the same sex, color, and dollar value. If the only puppy available at the time is of the same sex, color and is HIGHER dollar value, the buyer agrees to pay the difference to the seller.
Purchase Price & Deposit
The purchase price for this Breezy Meadow Labrador puppy is:

a deposit in the form of cash or check will be given to Deb / Gregg Ornduff
in the amount of $ _________________ (half total purchase price).
This amount will be applied toward the balance due for the puppy of choice.
When the buyer places a deposit, they are allowed to pick their puppy and
Breezy Meadow Labradors agrees to retain that specific puppy for this said buyer
until it is ready to go home with the buyer (at approximately age 8 weeks).
Remainder of Balance Due will be paid in CASH ONLY.
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
Contract Agreements
1.
I understand and agree to have my puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian within the
seventy two (72) hours from the time I pick up my puppy.

I understand and agree to have my puppy spay by six (6) months or neutered by age nine (9) months.
I will send a copy of the spay / neuter report to Breezy Meadow Labradors.

feeding him / her the highest quality food I can afford.

1) routine vet exams and required immunizations,
2)food and fresh water,
3)Parasite preventions,

4)shelter and bedding that is clean, sanitary and dry.

5.
I will continue to give puppy 1 Nuvet Plus wafer each day (1/4 - 1/2 of a wafer until is reaches the age of 3 months)
which is a power antioxidant that gives a tremendous boost to the immune system to prevent skin and coat problems and creates a defense against over fifty major diseases and extend the life span of your dog.
Samples and order information are included with your puppy.
6.
I understand and agree that in the unfortunate event that I am unable to keep my puppy / dog
I will either find a qualified pet home and notify Breezy Meadow Labradors with name, address, and phone number of new owner.
OR
Call the Breezy Meadow Labradors and ask for help to place the puppy / dog.
OR
Return and surrender him/ her to Breezy Meadow Labradors with AKC registration and
all vaccination records.
They will then do with him/her whatever they deem appropriate.
AND
No refunds will be issued for any reason.

the pup’s name will include Breezy Meadow Farm.
